✅ Eligibility for Return

  • Timeframe: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Condition: The watch must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition.

  • Packaging: All original packaging, including boxes, warranty cards, and manuals, must be included with the return.

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply to all returns.

🔄 Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at info@houseofhorologynyc.com within 15 days of receiving your watch.

  2. Return Authorization: Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed return instructions.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

  4. Inspection: After the return is received, our team will inspect the item to verify its condition.

  5. Refund Processing: If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any restocking fees. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Watches that have been worn or show signs of use

  • Items returned without original packaging or documentation
